But first let me ask you, how are you trying to heal from heartbreak right now?
What ways have you tried? Things like serial dating, desperately swiping on tinder to find a new relationship, binge eating, and excessive drinking are only band-aids that don’t address the inner healing that needs to take place.
All of the healing from heartbreak is an inside job.
And that is why I specifically created my signature system, Heartbreak to Wholeness. In this program, I share the tools to help heal clients from heartbreak. I help accelerate my clients’ healing process so you don’t have to do years of work on your own.
In my own process of recovering from heartache, I learned what worked, what didn’t, and what was required for true healing and not just a bandaid. And now I want to share it with you. In my 4-month program, I take you through the following 5 step process.
Heartbreak to Wholeness Program
Step 1
Acceptance
We work together to support you in fully accepting the breakup, process the emotions that are present and practice forgiveness so that you can move into acceptance of the breakup.
Step 2
Illumination
I support you in bringing all your fears, regrets, and doubts to the light so you can uncover the lessons and blessings that the breakup illuminated for you.
Step 3
Boundaries
We work together to establish healthy boundaries and self love practices, elevate your self esteem and learn to trust your intuition in order to feel fully grounded and confident in who you are as a woman.
Step 4
Discovery
We discover the you that makes you fabulous by helping you to learn and validate your needs in a relationship and outside a relationship, what desires you want to pursue, and discovering your own “it” factor—the things that make you magnetic to others.
Step 5
Alignment
We will work together to align with and anchor in new belief systems surrounding relationships and dating and new healthy relationship patterns so that you can be confident when you enter a new relationship
