5 Tips For Getting Over Your Ex

I know it can be hard to move on from a breakup but sitting in the sadness and toxicity of what was, only delays your healing. I also know you want to move on but your emotions are getting the best of you, telling you that you can’t. You can.
So, hang tight because I want to share with you my top 5 tips that will help you get over your ex and heal from heartbreak that you can start to apply right now.
Commit to no contact with your ex.
Hint: that means no stalking on social media either! Contrary to what people tend to believe, you cannot help each other get through the breakup. Don’t worry about hurting his feelings. You need time apart and space to heal.
Decide it’s time to move on.
Yes, it’s as simple as a decision. It’s not your responsibility to fix the relationship if it’s not meeting your needs and/or is toxic. You deserve the best. The more you linger in relationship limbo, the harder it is to get over your ex. Decide NOW.
Allow yourself to still have feelings for your ex.
You can move on and still love them. Many women think they have to be “over” him in order to heal. Not true.
